Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your OnWay account from within the application by opening your account settings and selecting the account deletion option. Deletion requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
What Data Is Deleted?
When your account deletion request is processed, personal information associated with your account will be deleted or deactivated where it is no longer necessary to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain order and transaction information may be retained when necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or rights-protection purposes.
